Well, I got the chance the other day to hold these markers, " SP1,VIBE,ION XE, and EOS". I am very impressed with how easy the BOB "Bolt out back" system is to deal with. Absolutly no need for any tools on the ION, vibe and EOS. The SP1 requires the use of a philips head screw driver to remove two bolts from the back plate first. The injection plastic material of the SP1 is much superior to that of any other plastics that I have seen used with other markers. Its much like that found on a real polymer weapon. You can see the fiber blended into the plastics, and it seems to have a very ridgid and sturdy feel to it. The single trigger is much nicer in feel than I antisipated aswell. The vibe seems like a great beginers marker, but I didnt pay a lot of attention to it as I should have. The ION XE is the same as the original ion, other than the revised BOB, shell, and feed neck. The EOS I was most impressed with. Its the BOB version of the epiphany, but its much more cleanly designed than the earlier version. The finish on it is fantastic in apearance. The sleaved inserts are a nice touch aswell, since it has that option as the epiphany did. All in all, I can say that SP has done a very nice job with their new markers.
